Convert gross pay between hourly, daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and annual amounts using your stated work schedule.
Salary Breakdown
How Salary Conversion Works
The calculator converts the entered gross pay frequency into an annualized amount, then derives hourly, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly equivalents. Its year model uses 52 weeks and 12 months. Your hours per week and working days per week are used to estimate hourly and daily values.
Check the schedule assumptions
The default schedule is 40 hours across 5 days per week, but you can change those inputs. The conversion does not estimate income tax, social contributions, overtime, bonuses, paid leave, benefits, or deductions. Part-time, irregular, and seasonal schedules may need a different model.
Financial note: These are gross-pay conversions, not a take-home-pay calculation or tax estimate.
Example and limitations
Conversions depend on the work schedule you enter. A full-time annual estimate may use a different number of paid hours or weeks than a part-time, seasonal, or contract arrangement.
